Job Description
- Provide support and handle administrative tasks for sales team.
- To prepare quotations, sales order, delivery order, invoice and related documents.
- To liaise with project sales & purchasing executives for quotation/ tender / confirmation.
- Prepare order and check through delivery date with warehouse & transportation team.
- Respond and handle customers’ enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Follow up with all pending deliveries.
- Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
- Handle and rectify all on site issues faced with customers.
- Support any tasks or duties assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 years in relevant working experience.
- Good in Microsoft office (Excel, words, power point)
- Have own transport

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
