Job Description

  • Provide support and handle administrative tasks for sales team.
  • To prepare quotations, sales order, delivery order, invoice and related documents.
  • To liaise with project sales & purchasing executives for quotation/ tender / confirmation.
  • Prepare order and check through delivery date with warehouse & transportation team.
  • Respond and handle customers’ enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
  • Follow up with all pending deliveries.
  • Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
  • Handle and rectify all on site issues faced with customers.
  • Support any tasks or duties assigned by the management.

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 years in relevant working experience.
  • Good in Microsoft office (Excel, words, power point)
  • Have own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
