Sales Support Admin
Easy Europe Holidays is seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Support Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and assisting the sales department, ensuring seamless office operations. Your contributions will help maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
To excel as a Sales Support Specialist, candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential, as this role involves frequent interactions with team members.
Proficiency in computer applications and general office tasks is a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Job Responsibilites
Maintain and update client information in the database.
Perform basic data entry and analysis to support business operations.
Assist travel consultants with quotations, bookings, and special requests.
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Keep proper documentation for audits and future reference.
Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing travel documents, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline travel arrangements in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Handle general office administration as required.
Take on ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job Skill
Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional level skills in both oral and written communication.
Excellent computer skills.
Must always demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality (customer informations & company's operation informations)
Provide professional customer support.
Communicating and coordinating with team members as necessary.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Multilingual skills would be an advantage.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
