Position Summary

As an integral part of our technology team, the Automation Developer is a key player in driving our ‘organization's digital transformation efforis. You will leverage your deep expertise in automation and modem programming technologies to develop, advise, and execute innovative automation solutions.
Focused on frontend system automation, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiencies and creating value through the deployment of cutting-edge automated processes.

  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions across frontend systems to ‘enhance business operations.
  • Serve as a technical developer and advisor in the selection and deployment of appropriate automation fools and robotic process automation (RPA) techniques.
  • Design, test, and deploy automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams fo ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and incorporate modem programming languages and technologies to stay ahead in automation development.
  • Provide guidance and support in maintaining and upgrading existing automation scripts and frameworks

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on automation fools and RPA, providing insights and recommendations for their effective application.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and priorize automation opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Design and execute robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of automation solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of automated processes, suggesting and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Document all stages of the automation development process, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in automation and related technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build automation capabilities within the team.
  • Address and troubleshoot any issues arising from the deployment of automated systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Provide mentorship and guidance fo less experienced team members on automation best practices.

  • Work closely with IT security to ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices for data protection.

Knowledge

To continually update and expand knowledge in these areas to adapt to evolving technology trends and industry changes:

  • In-depth knowledge of automation best practices and industry standards.

Proficient in multiple automation and RPA tools (e.9., Uigath. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

  • Familiarity with modem programming languages and technologies applicable 40 automation development.
  • Understanding of front-end development frameworks and principles.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC} methodologies (e.0.,Agile, Scrum)

  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with higher logical reasoning for finding an alternative to increase performance.

Skills

  • Proficient in NET programming, with a strong grasp of other programming languages being highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail in coding, testing, ‘and documentation.
  • Proficient in project management tools and collaboration software.
  • Innovative thinking to identify and leverage ‘automation opportunities.
