Plan, support and handle the execution of projects according to Project Management Office (PMO) processes, from award to closure, to ensure related activities are properly coordinated, implemented, and supervised to guarantee budget, scope and timing of projects and deliverables are met.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Upfront participation with sales team in project proposal stage; Involvement from quotation stage to support to finalize the project scope and delivery quotation
- Work with sales team to understand the project requirements at quote stage to align the needful requirements to be considered as a part of factory quotation
- Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers throughout the execution
- Works closely with internal factory teams to ensure timely and quality submission of progress reports, other factory documentation to internal and external customers
- Lead internal factory meetings to share the project requirements to critical teams through project kick off meetings
- Communicate project requirements to Master Production Schedulers and material managers
- Monitor & keep track of the project milestone. Work with respective pipe teams for recovery actions; Bring up to management if any risk that will affect the project achievements
- Support Pre-inspection meeting, as applicable
- Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Monitors and controls projects from Award to Closure ensuring the project deliverables are met
- Liaise with Production Planning, MPS, Buyers, 3rd party & QA on project execution
- Share Project Lesson learned with internal teams
- Plan the 3 rd party inspection with internal 3rd party inspection team and notify customer/business partner, as applicable
- Analyze on KPI that’s not meeting the target, identify root cause and action plans to improve the performance
- Ensure safety compliance and work on improvement whenever there’s any potential hazard identify
- Provide suggestion, ideas & any improvement areas that will help on company's KPI
- Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks
- Degree or equivalent experience in any field with 3 years or above working experience in a manufacturing environment; project management experience is an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, develop, and maintain efficient project management processes
- Dedicated to achieving goals and capable of working autonomously
- Positive characteristics, well-organized, good time management, and self-motivated.
