Responsibilities :
- Support chefs in food preparation (cutting, chopping, basic cooking).
- Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty.
- Understand menu content and any promotional activities.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
- Store ingredients properly and check stock level.
- Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager
Requirements :
- Fresh Graduates – No prior experience required; candidates with a diploma or certificate in culinary arts are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure
