  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Accounts Executive
Pulau Indah

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all periodic reports are promptly done and properly submitted.
  • Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting practice and and principles.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant, legal advisors, government authorities, suppliers and etc.
  • Handling full spectrum of accounting function of the group.
  • Review and analyse monthly financial performance with budget and forecast.
  • Prepare budgeting, quarterly forecast and consolidation reports.
  • Analyze changes in products specifications, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on cost.
  • Conducts physical inventories and reconciles finished goods inventories.
  • To undertake other assignments and other related duties as and when required.
  • Assists in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Accounting/ Finance/Banking or any professional certificate ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of handling full set of accounts.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry/audit firm will be an added advantage.
  • Good personality, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel to other business location of the group.
