  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duty will include conducting quality assessment, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

· Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.

· Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.

· Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.

· Planning and scheduling repairs.

· Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard

· Performing general maintenance tasks

· Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Requirements and skills

· Certificate in SKM II or equivalent

· In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical (Air-conditioner)

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills

· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

· Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

· Having valid driving license D

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
