Part-Time Service Crew
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Address guest queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back with guests and resolving any issues.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Keep the dining area, serving stations, and kitchen clean and organized.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping floors.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Part-Time Kitchen Helper
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the kitchen staff to prepare basic dishes.
- Assist in assembling and plating food items according to company standards.
Cleaning and Sanitation:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Dispose of trash and waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized before and after use.
Stock and Inventory:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the kitchen supervisor/manager of shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and grills.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the kitchen supervisor/manager.
Support Kitchen Staff:
- Assist chefs and cooks during busy periods by providing additional help as needed.
- Carry out any other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the kitchen supervisor/manager.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Health and Safety:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
