Job Description :

Business Development-Retail Tenancy

  • New retailing showroom sourcing.
  • Prepare renewal/ relocation report.
  • Feedback on renewal/ relocation report if required.
  • Monitor and update tenancy renewals/ tenancy expiry/ tenancy termination through tenancy ageing report.
  • Communicate with landlord for new tenancy/ tenancy renewals/ tenancy termination upon receiving instructions from the management.
  • Prepare and organize documentations for new tenancy/ tenancy renewals as payment/company document requisition form, letter of offer and tenancy agreement.
  • Prepare and update showroom listings to management every month.
  • etc.
  • General administrations which includes filing of hardcopy and soft copy documents using the systematic filing system that are easily accessible.
  • To assist any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management.

Showroom Renovation/ Dismantle:

  • Coordinate all relevant documentations, arrangements and communication with relevant Gintell departments, contractors and landlord for the new premises opening or premises closing such as drawing submission, electrical applications and etc.
  • Monitor renovation work progress until the completion of opening/ closure of showroom.
  • Prepare and liaise with landlord on the work permit application for necessary maintenance or repair works on the showroom.

Showroom Fit Out Work

  • Drawing Submission
  • Attend Fit-Out Meeting / Briefing
  • Submission of Fit-out Work Permit and other Fit-Out requirements
  • Updates of work progress with contractors

Business License

  • Monitor and prepare report on showroom business license expiry and to coordinate business license renewal with showroom Area Manager/Branch Manager
  • Prepare new business license application for new showroom opening.
  • Prepare cancellation of business license for closed showroom.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • With minimum 2 years of working experience in retail management, sales and marketing.
  • Resourceful with excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate produc features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Aggressive, committed and results-driven.
  • Must be willing to work during weekends or public holidays when required by the superior.
  • Resilient and adaptable to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
  • Posses with own transport and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
