  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Job Duties And Responsibility:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, or technical drawings to understand molds specifications.
  • Use various tools, equipment, and machinery to fabricate mold components, such as cores, cavities, and inserts, according to design specifications.
  • Set up and operate computer-controlled machinery, such as CNC milling machines, lathes, or grinders, to shape and finish mold components.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the mold design meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed molds to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and fix any issues or malfunctions with molds, identifying and resolving problems to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain and repair existing molds by cleaning, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to mold making, and incorporate innovative practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the mold making process.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of mold specifications, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of mold making techniques, materials, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, CAD software, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in operating and programming computer-controlled machinery, such as CNC milling machines, lathes, or grinders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mold-related issues.
  • Attention to detail and precision to ensure molds meet specific design specifications.
  • Solid mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge in operating Catia / Solid Work .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
