Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall Quality Management Systems, FSSC, HALAL, JSA, SEDEX, URSA and others certifications are maintained.
  • Responsible in implementations of all Management System and other system activities established including Food Defence Program, Crisis Management System, Business Contingency Plan and etc.
  • To adhere and update on latest requirements changes in all Management System and other systems including legal & other requirements.
  • Review and ensure periodic internal reviews including Gemba or audits report conducted by Compliance and Safety team to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Initiate overall activities of all Management System, Safety & Halal policies identification, evaluation and review when required.
  • Ensure implementations of IMS including other systems activities as established including
  • Food Defense Program, Crisis Management System, Business Contingency Plan and etc.
  • Conduct the investigation of non-compliance issues to ensure adheres to standard.
  • Liaise with internal and external audit.
  • Comply and assist in ensuring compliance with the Organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and other management system requirements e.g. GDP, JSA, BRC, SEDEX & URSA and etc. Maintain and continually improve the systems, objective targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities; and actively encourage implementation of workplace improvements and continuously promote the concepts of the management system requirements among subordinate and peers.
  • Support the efficient Compliance Dept. overall day-to-day operation.
  • Assist head of department in project development at TYGC and its subsidiaries company.
  • Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
