Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible to control all

Machines Maintenance and work on hand together with Maintenance Technician.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible of the Line Downtime; maintain, sustain and improve on the Production Tool

Downtime:

  • Drive Project to Improve the Production Line Tools;
  • Responsible to deal with Vendors to meet the Task and Project objective;
  • Publish Monthly Downtime report and ensure track daily line activities;
  • Control line maintenance expenses and propose yearly budgetary of line;
  • Responsible to achieve the assigned Line KRA;
  • Arrange and manage the line resources plan;
  • Responsible to execute the tasks assigned by his/her supervisor within given time period;
  • Responsible on the fulfil the company and industrial safety policy;
  • Responsible to setup the SOP for the tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or

equivalent.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Good Analytical Skill and strong problem solving skills.
  • Good team player and communicator.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Good Attendances.
