Operation Admin Assistant
* Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
* Manage and track inventory, office supplies, and equipment.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for the operations team.
* Assist in the preparation and organization of operational documents and presentations.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
* Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
* Support in the planning and execution of projects and operational activities.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes.
* Ensure that the outlet and manager claims are reviewed thoroughly before submitting them to the supervisor
* Assist the admin team with requisitions and chargebacks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
