COMMIS CHEF

What do we need you to do? 工作职责:

• Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
• Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.
• Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• 负责日常食物准备，以满足餐馆设定的标准和品质。
• 关注厨房的生产力，例如速度和食物品质。
• 维持厨房的清洁卫生，遵守所有卫生和安全规定。

What do we need from you? 职位的需求:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of kitchen.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to other outlets if required.
