Spa Training & Development
1. Develop and deliver training programs on facial treatments, body therapies, massage techniques and product knowledge. Deliver customer service skills & ensure beauty therapists are well-equipped to handling customer objections.
2. Conduct refresher courses and continuous learning programs to keep therapists updated on the latest industry trends.
3. Being a mentor and guide beauty therapists to enhance their soft skills - customer interaction, professionalism, and service delivery. Implement coaching with beauty coach & therapists to monitor their performance to meet the service standards by yearly performance evaluation.
4. Team Development: Motivate and develop the spa team to support future expansion plans in Malaysia.

Spa Management
1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement for beauty therapists.
2. Maximize spa room occupancy and implement strategies to maximize usage and productivity. To ensure spa facilities and treatment rooms meet hygiene and safety standards.
3. Encourage and implement link selling of spa products to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
4. Monitor and forecast spa product usage to ensure adequate stock for treatments. Manage inventory and procurement of spa products and supplies.

People & Business Management
1. Foster a positive, growth-focused mindset and excellent training skills.
2. Identify and provide feedback on competitors' spa activities and experiences.
3. Work closely with Training Manager and other departments to address specialized training needs to achieve business goals, improve treatment productivity, to build brand image and drive sales.
4. Participate and support skin spa activities, workshops, corporate events, etc.
