To carry out quality check and inspection functions and ensure that products and services meet the QMS, EMS and customer quality requirements.

To perform incoming materials, In-process and finished goods inspection with minimal supervision and are aligned with the Company ISO standard.
To identify and highlight system or product quality issues and execute action plan by rectifying, implement and monitor efficiency of problems.
To follow-up on NCR, status of reword and close-out and ensure the corrective and preventive actions are executed.
To comply with the certificate of analysis (COA) of all the incoming materials and ensure they are in compliance to the product specifications.
To monitor the equipment and methods used and the procedures followed in the inspection process.
To assist in stock take and internal or customer audit and provide data to support the exercise, as and when required
To participate in various meetings and discussions relating to the quality issue.
To in charge of line QC during production process to detect if any defect at the earliest possible point.
To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.
In charge of final QC check on finished goods before transferring to Packing Department for packing and issuing the QC Report.
In Charge of Mock-up or first article of prototype or revised item inspection.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
