We are VBest Tuition Centres, is seeking staff to help us in account assistant / admin. Full Time Basis
- Beginner level in Microsoft Excel
- No experience needed.
- Assist in account basic data entry and admin work
- Working hours: 9.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Work Type : Work at site
- Located at : Kepong Menjalara
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general accounting tasks, including invoicing and bookkeeping
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and hardcopy filing
- Manage administrative duties such as paperwork and document filing
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support any additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
