About the Role

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, calling candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Gain experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR systems.
  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Gain exposure to various HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning about all aspects of HR.
