DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

1. To achieve Sales Target set by the management.

2. Accountable in sales for current market.

3. To identify potential customers and generate leads. Initiative to perform Sales Operation include of Prospecting, Approach, Follow-up and Closing the deal.

4. Liaison with principal for commercial equipment’s, product, services.

5. To prepare and conduct product presentation and product demonstration to the prospects and customer.

6. Responsible with sales and business plan/strategies for future project.

7. To prepare commercial and technical proposal ensuring that the products, price, payment terms and other requirements are indicated.

8. To build up good rapport with the existing & new customer, while developing new business opportunities

9. Own and accountable for project tendering exercise.

10. Own and accountable for current and future project pursuit.

11. Responsible in responding on technical inquiry for tendering purposes.

12. Sourcing the most competitive but reliable products, equipment, bulk materials and consumables for tendering purposes.

13. Assist project and service teams on product and equipment technical requirement when is required.

14. Adapt to organizational culture by maintaining harmony within Hammer’s family in an ethical & favourable manner.

15. To perform any ad-hoc job function assigned by management.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

1. Degree-level education in Engineering or holder of an equivalent qualification.

2. Significant experience in Engineering/Sales or related field, with at least three (3) years.

3. Candidate with experience in gas measurement, process or instrument engineering will be an added advantage.

4. Candidate MUST BE able to analyze the market requirements, competitor strengths and weakness. To provide constructive proposal and implement strategies based on the findings.

5. Candidate MUST BE able to Communicate in BOTH Bahasa Malaysia & English.

6. Candidate MUST BE Computer Literate (on MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT).

7. Candidate MUST possess own transport and valid driving license.

8. Candidate MUST willing to travel outstation and have the ability to travel within short notice.

9. To stay Motivated and Enthusiastic in Sales.

10. Must be a proactive and resourceful individual, able to plan, co-ordinate and develop sales activities in order to meet company targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
