Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, including employer branding and employee referral programs.
- Foster a positive working environment by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights on employee trends and organizational health.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR software
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the HR department
- Must be able to handle payroll
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
