Job Responsibilities:

  • Review Product Requirement Form (PRF), ensure proper login, and manage On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Follow up with customers to secure approval before proceeding with fabrication.
  • Oversee project buyoff stages, including design validation, outgoing quality control (QC), and final reporting to customers.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer feedback, ensuring immediate response and resolution of issues.
  • Manage and maintain technical product documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other methodologies) to enhance processes and system efficiency.
  • Weekly reporting on technical related subjects (evaluation statuses, customer feedback, etc.);
  • Provide regular technical updates and reports on evaluation statuses, project progress, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and customers to resolve technical queries and ensure project alignment.
  • Attend and participate in customer complaint meeting to provide project info for corrective action.

Job Requirement:

This position is only open to Malaysian Citizens

  • Strong hands-on experience in testing and application.
  • 1~2 years of working experience in semiconductor testing environment would be a great advantage.
  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communications skill in English and Bahasa
  • Excellent in communication and technical report writing.
  • Possess strong analysis and debugging skills and ability to accurately interpret drawings

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
