  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executive to manage both incoming and outgoing financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be able to handle collections, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting efficiently. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
  • Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and manage payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Oracle are added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
