
Business Development Manager (Digital & Offline)
Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand both digital learning and offline workshop programs.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, universities, government agencies and other educational organization to enhance the institution’s reach.
Drive student enrollment growth by leveraging market insights and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Oversee the development of new educational products and services to align with industry demands and emerging trends.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including education technology partners, trainers, and institutional collaborators.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote online and offline educational offerings.
Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure funding, CSR sponsorships, and strategic collaborations.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the institution remains competitive.
Utilize data analytics to track business performance, measure ROI, and refine business strategies accordingly.
Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction across digital and in-person learning environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
