We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Admin Executive to join us!
- 6 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
- Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
- Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Customer (Dealer / End user / Contractor) on product defect.
- Dealing with branches for customer complaint.
- Preparing documentation for claim process.
- Taking feedback from the customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse operation on the delivery of part.
- Compile defect report and obtaining approval from HOD / higher level superior to finalize defect issues before proceed with claim process.
- Purchase spare part related to installation work and part replacement.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or product claim process.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
