We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Admin Executive to join us!

  • 6 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
  • Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Customer (Dealer / End user / Contractor) on product defect.
  • Dealing with branches for customer complaint.
  • Preparing documentation for claim process.
  • Taking feedback from the customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operation on the delivery of part.
  • Compile defect report and obtaining approval from HOD / higher level superior to finalize defect issues before proceed with claim process.
  • Purchase spare part related to installation work and part replacement.

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or product claim process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
