KINDERGARTEN PRINCIPAL

To support our continuous growth, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations & Recruitment Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure we attract the best talent to join our team. Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or HR management. Experience in the education sector is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, operational management, and compliance with employment laws.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations Management
· Oversee daily kindergarten operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all centres.
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
· Monitor and improve customer experience, ensuring parents and students receive top-quality service.
· Ensure all facilities, classrooms, and learning environments are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
· Work closely with management to develop growth strategies and business expansion plans.
Recruitment & Talent Management
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
· Develop strong recruitment pipelines to attract qualified and passionate educators.
· Conduct training and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
· Maintain HR records, manage staff performance evaluations, and address employee concerns.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
· Provide guidance and support to teachers, admin staff, and other team members.
· Organize staff training sessions, team-building activities, and career development programs.
· Ensure a positive and motivating work culture that aligns with Karisma Kindergarten’s vision.
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure all HR policies, labour laws, and employment regulations are followed.
· Prepare operational and recruitment reports for management review.
· Oversee payroll processes and leave management in collaboration with the finance team.
