Financial Reporting & Record-Keeping:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors or tax consultants.
Payroll & Bank Transactions:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Other Finance-Related Duties:
- Provide financial reports and insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
