Responsibilities:
Premise Licensing Management
- Manage and renew clinic operating licenses.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle documentation for licensing approvals.
New Clinic Setup & Preparation
- Oversee the setup process for new clinics.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Ensure clinics meet operational and regulatory standards before opening.
Liaison with Regulatory Authorities
- Communicate with CKAPS (Cawangan Kawalan Amalan Perubatan Swasta) and local municipal councils (Majlis Bandaraya/Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan).
- Handle applications, inspections, and approvals from relevant bodies.
- Ensure clinics adhere to healthcare regulations and municipal guidelines.
Other Duties
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
