Responsibilities:

Premise Licensing Management

  • Manage and renew clinic operating licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle documentation for licensing approvals.

New Clinic Setup & Preparation

  • Oversee the setup process for new clinics.
  • Coordinate procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure clinics meet operational and regulatory standards before opening.

Liaison with Regulatory Authorities

  • Communicate with CKAPS (Cawangan Kawalan Amalan Perubatan Swasta) and local municipal councils (Majlis Bandaraya/Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan).
  • Handle applications, inspections, and approvals from relevant bodies.
  • Ensure clinics adhere to healthcare regulations and municipal guidelines.

Other Duties

  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
