Project Executive

Duty And Responsibility

  • In General, Plan And Execute Routine Maintenance Works And Repair And Replacement Works For Buildings Along The Expressways Such As Toll Plaza, Rest And Service Area, Lay-By, Office, Etc Conforming To The Client And Authority’s Requirements
  • · Coordinate Tasks / Complaints Received From Clients, Site Team And Other Stakeholders, Plan And Execute The Same Within The Provided Deadline And Specification
  • Prepare And Maintain Project Documentation And Database
  • Prepare And Submit The Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports Within The Deadlines
  • Assist To Source Vendors For Repair And Replacement Works
  • Review The Vendor’s Works And Claims
  • Attend Meetings With Clients And Other Stakeholders
  • Plan And Execute Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance For The Company’s Vehicles
  • Administer proper housekeeping, cleanliness, tidiness of assigned area, and safe working environment.
  • Issuing and compiling PR for operational requirements.
  • Follow up the issuing of PO by Procurement, receiving and verifying goods from a supplier, and forward the DO for the payment process to Region Office.
  • Compiling and ensuring the OT and allowances claim forwarded to region office by 8th every month.
  • Administer the petty cash float and prepare the reconciliation reports and forward them to the region office by the 8th of every month.
  • Compiling all required documentation from section office and forward to region office as when required.

Qualification, Experience and Requirements

  • Diploma Or Degree In Civil Engineering / Building Architecture / Facility Maintenance
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Highway Maintenance Is Compulsory
  • Ability To Lead And Coordinate A Site Team Consisting Supervisor, Team Leader, Handyman And General Workforce Of 50-75 Pax Approximately Is Compulsory
  • Can Work Independently, Under Pressure And On Tight Schedule
  • Experience In Road Line Marking And Traffic Management Is Advantageous
  • Required Skills Excel (Advance), Office (Intermediate), Power Point (Intermediate), Project (Intermediate), AutoCAD (Basic) Is Compulsory
  • CIDB Green Card Is Compulsory
  • Expressway Operational Safety Passport (EOSP) Is Compulsory
  • Driving License Class D Is Compulsory; GDL (D) / PSV (D) Is Advantageous
