  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, air & sea freight teams, to ensure seamless fulfilment and logistics processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, forecasts, and key metrics to management, business review presentation MBR/ QBR / YBR.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management within the warehouse fulfilment or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract logistics and fulfilment processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
