Designs Keysight products and specifies the components that make up the products. Designs and develops products, components, processes, and systems using broad engineering concepts and research techniques. Documents research and design specifications. Solves complex and high impact design and development problems including customer application issue of varying scope and complexity. Designs Keysight products and specifies the components that make up the products. - Deliver mechanical design/solution for electronic product which may involving plastic, sheet metal, machining, electronics, thermal and mechanism parts.
- Finalize parts specification, product specification, BOM and 3D & 2D drawings.
- Heavily involved in design analysis, root causing, GD&T, CAE simulation, DFM, DFMEA and design enhancement tasks.
- Solve complex engineering problem by conducting various engineering evaluation, safety, and reliability tests.
- Must be able to specify experiment programs and complete analysis of the results, summarizing findings, and making recommendations.
- Refine and improve design for cost down, value engineering and productivity.
- Setting technical direction and help to identify requirements for a product or system, in addition to leading the design and implementation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Prefer >8 year of working experience in R&D field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge in electronic product mechanical design with 3D & 2D CAD Skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of assessing technologies and product using variety of methods.
- A thorough knowledge of materials, processes, and related manufacturing techniques such as industrial 4.0 or factory automation will be a bonus.
