
Admin & Account Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Reporting daily to the property manager or executive
- Assist / Handle full set of accounts
- Responsible for daily operations of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Manage cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounting statement, analysis and report.
- Verification of invoices and payments
- Able to prepare and write minutes of meeting
- Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
- Must have initiative and able to meet dateline
- Liasion with auditor, tax agent, and government bodies.
- Perform admin works such as licence application & renewal.
- Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Able to operate accounting software, preferably CSS, Condo Master or SQL software.
- Must be computer literate.
- Preferred knowledge of full set account.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking residents.
- Preferably can start on short notice.
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
