  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
The Planner will manage production schedules, ensure material availability, and work with various teams to meet customer delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan the master production schedule (MPS) and ensure it’s ready by the 25th of each month.
  • Work with customer service on delivery reschedules.
  • Monitor production output to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Confirm shipment dates within 48 hours with customer service.
  • Ensure raw material availability and liaise with logistics for each Job Order (JO).
  • Submit weekly sales backlog reports and monitor stock aging.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and raise Purchase Requests (PR) for subcontractor jobs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing Management or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
