Job Scope / Responsibilities:
1. Organize management meetings with Head of Department and being proactive to communicate with both internal and external parties to address concerns relating to Human Resource.
2. Providing guidance and support to employee on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations including Recruitment and Selection
4. Plan and implement the overall recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring & background checks).
5. Review and revise job descriptions as deemed necessary.
6. Support on Letter of Appointments preparation, confirmation, and probation.
7. Monitor and checking payroll provided by Payroll Officer.
8. Responsible on company’s training and development, such as develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career growth and advancement.
9. Responsible in handling staff’s KPI matter; such as checking, evaluate and tracking staff KPI submission.
10. To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years and above of working experience in related field.
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human resource, management, business or related field.
3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good in Communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.

Salary Range: RM 3,000-RM 3,500++ (Depending on working experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
