Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the Principal's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communication on behalf of the Principal, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the Principal.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records related to the Principal's office.
2. Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a liaison between the Principal and other staff members, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and agenda preparation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to relay information and requests as directed by the Principal.
3. Project Management
- Assist the Principal in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the Principal in decision-making processes.
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion of task.
4. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in an educational or international setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred but not required).
