The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principal plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Principal of the international school. Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the Principal's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming communication on behalf of the Principal, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the Principal.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records related to the Principal's office.

2. Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between the Principal and other staff members, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to relay information and requests as directed by the Principal.

3. Project Management

  • Assist the Principal in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the Principal in decision-making processes.
  • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion of task.

4. Confidentiality and Discretion

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in an educational or international setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages (preferred but not required).
