Monday to Saturday ( 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Requirements:
bachelor's degree/Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QAQC within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead process improvements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibility
1. Quality & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain QAQC policies and procedures to meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with Mesti, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal requirements.
- Oversee Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Halal Assurance System (HAS).
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), ensuring timely resolutions
2. Audits & Documentation
- Lead internal audits and assist in customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
3. Factory Operations & Quality Control
- Oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Conduct inspections, hygiene monitoring, and pest control management.
- Ensure production processes align with food safety, Halal requirements, and customer expectations.
- Manage calibration and validation of testing equipment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior QAQC team members and production staff.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
