  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday ( 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Requirements:

bachelor's degree/Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QAQC within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead process improvements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibility

1. Quality & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QAQC policies and procedures to meet industry and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Mesti, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal requirements.
  • Oversee Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Halal Assurance System (HAS).
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), ensuring timely resolutions

2. Audits & Documentation

  • Lead internal audits and assist in customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, certifications, and compliance documentation.

3. Factory Operations & Quality Control

  • Oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process.
  • Conduct inspections, hygiene monitoring, and pest control management.
  • Ensure production processes align with food safety, Halal requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Manage calibration and validation of testing equipment.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior QAQC team members and production staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
