  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Finance Executive to join our highly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various accounting & finance functions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Account & Finance Executive will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

-Prepare financial statements and relevant reports for accuracy and completeness.

-Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

-Perform or assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

-Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.

-To participate in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

-To assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and updating financial statements.

-To process accounts payable and receivable. To process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring that payments are made on time, and accurately recorded in the accounting system.

-To assist in monitoring and controlling expenses by reviewing expense reports, verifying receipts, and reconciling expenses with budgets.

-To reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

-To assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies by maintaining documentation, supporting audit processes, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job requirements :

-Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

-Proficiency in accounting software.

-Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
