Mont Royale International College is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations. The role includes managing student records, processing documentation, liaising with government agencies (EMGS, Immigration, MQA), coordinating internal departments, handling correspondence, and supporting management with reports and data entry.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related field
- 2 years’ experience in administration (preferably in education sector)
- Fresh graduates with good level of IQ can be considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Willing to learn and get the job done
- No laziness tolerated
- No slow attitude
- Must respond fast to instructions
- Able to work quickly and handle tasks without delay
