  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist the purchasing team with procurement-related tasks, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in Malaysia (purchasing, logistics, operations) and external vendors in China to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal departments to ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Communicate project status updates, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Optimization

  • Monitor and enhance supply chain efficiency to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory management, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
  • Streamline processes, improve productivity, and recommend actions to enhance efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including licensing agreements, financial records, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet operational and legal standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
