About the Role:
The Project Manager’s primary goal is to coordinate people and processes to ensure our projects are delivered on time and produce excellent results for the end client.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy system solutions for multiple regional projects
- Collaborate with team and clients for system project management and maintenance, end to end
- Identify technical issues that are possible before and during project deployment
- Resolve technical issues and/or understand the issues for escalation during project deployment and subsequent maintenance
- Sets and tracks project milestones, managing expectations and schedules, providing status reports to stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- College degree or above, more than 1 year of work experience
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of project management principles and planning
- Good understanding of Information Technology procedures and practices, especially pertaining to VCA and CCTV projects
- Good communication skills (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu), resource integration ability, effective understanding, project management ability, presentation ability and cross-team communication and collaboration ability
- Have excellent written and oral expression skills, and be proficient in office software and related software tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Google Workspace)
- Good computer knowledge such as operating system (Linux, Windows including Server), server hardware and network knowledge
- Proficient in office automation software
- Proficient or able to quickly learn the range of software and hardware tools used in VCA and CCTV projects
- Be passionate about work, innovative, and able to withstand greater work pressure.
- Be proactive and have good decision-making ability
