Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
  • Monitor project progress to achieve the scheduled Rate of Works (ROW).
  • Liaise closely with the consultant and contractor to ensure proper construction works coordination and sequence to avoid mistakes and ensure compliance.
  • Highlight and take lead in resolving all site related and technical matter to help expedite progress and save cost (if any).
  • Guide and supervise the implementation of the development to ensure compliance to good engineering practice, specified specification with acceptable quality.
  • Ensure implementation is in compliance to company policy and ISO standard.
  • Assist in all authorities related liaison to meet requirement and achieve the targeted deadlines.
  • Assist the SGM in planning and implementation of the development.
  • Assist the HSE Department in preparation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying (Knowledge in QLASSIC is preferred).
  • 10 - 15 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 10 years in similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge on construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
  • Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
  • Knowledge in engineering design detailing and able to make quick decision on contractual and site matters.
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
