Position Summary
Responsible for managing MICSA, contracts, and SLAs, while effectively liaising with FOCA entities such as MW, FY, AMAL, and MabKargo. Additionally, provide crucial operational and administrative support to MH OCC Satellite offices in SZB, PEN, KCH, MYY, and BKI, ensuring seamless coordination of rosters, training, and operational matters.
Key Accountability
  • Manage and oversee MICSA, contracts, and SLAs between MH OCC and FOCAs, serving as the main liaison for MH OCC. Coordinate with multiple department such as with FOCA entities such as MW, FY, AMAL, and MabKargo to ensure seamless operational support, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, monitor performance against agreed standards, and negotiate contract terms to benefit the airline's operational and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and analyze operational data to identify trends, operational matters and develop solutions for improvement. Ensure and provide FOCAs input and share relevant data in weekly meetings (ORM, FDWC, Internal Operational).Monitor and regularly engage with external parties and projects for operational enhancement and mitigation plans, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced operational risks, and enhanced collaboration.
  • Manage and lead the team in the provision of general administrative services for MH OCC Satellite offices (SZB, PEN, KCH, MYY, BKI), including duty travel arrangements, stationery indents, MC management, and report management, with a focus on improving efficiency and streamlining processes.
  • Facilitate and accountable for managing and optimizing rosters and claims for MH OCC Satellite offices (SZB, PEN, KCH, MYY, BKI), ensuring efficient allocation of resources and streamlined processes. Optimize rosters in accordance to business priorities and differing situations to ensure improved productivity, reduced operational costs, and enhanced employee satisfaction by ensuring fair and balanced workloads.
  • Lead and responsible for providing office support (training and budget) to MH OCC Satellite offices (SZB, PEN, KCH, MYY, BKI). Liaise with Ops Planning, Crew Tracking and Control, and Flight Dispatch teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all operations. Implement effective budget management strategies to ensure optimize resource allocation, control costs, and support financial planning and decision-making.
Qualification
  • Degree in any related field preferably in Airline Operations.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Wide knowledge in Operations departments in Airline/Airport/Station Management/Terminal Centre Operations is an advantages
  • Analytical decision making with integrity, leadership skill, organizational skill, time management and stress management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effectively communicate in english, both writing and verbal.
