HR Generalist Executive (Rotation Shift) - Fresh Graduate
Short Role Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to solve HR related queries from global stakeholders by regional market. You required to advises HR policies and procedures, eg. such as on/offboarding, benefits, payroll, or local employment laws.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for HR-related queries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assist employees with HR processes, such as onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee documentation.
- Guide employees on HR policies and procedures, including leave management, attendance, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate HR team members or departments.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports as requested by HR management.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training, and meetings as needed.
- - Provide support for HR system updates, ensuring employees have access to the necessary tools and resources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Prior experience in the Human Resources field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently based on business needs (may require extended hours when necessary).
- Strong learning ability, attention to detail, and a high level of work enthusiasm and responsibility.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Highly resourceful and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multicultural/multilingual teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs and HR Systems. Experience with Workday is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for effective liaison with external vendors.

Shift A:
- Day shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (subject to changes based on arrangements)
- Night shift: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (subject to changes based on arrangements)
- The schedule alternates weekly rotation (e.g., Day Shift on odd weeks, Night Shift on even weeks).
Shift B:
- Mid shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (subject to changes based on arrangements)
- Night shift: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (subject to changes based on arrangements)
- The schedule alternates weekly rotation (e.g., Mid Shift on odd weeks, Night Shift on even weeks).
