  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading blockchain and security solutions provider in Asia, headquartered in Hong Kong with branches in Guangzhou and Beijing. Job Scope:

  • Provide technical support and respond to daily phone and email inquiries.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure operations, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system monitoring.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Perform overnight standby when required to address urgent system alerts and inquiries.
  • Required to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday (Hybrid mode), with an attractive allowance.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a System Engineer role.
  • Basic knowledge of system backup and user support.
  • Familiarity with Web servers, Email servers, FTP servers, or DNS is an advantage.
  • Experience with both Windows and Unix platforms is preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Fast learner and strong team player.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
