RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the PMO Director, Project Management to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
  • Understand customer needs in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
  • Assist the PMO Director, Project Management for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
  • Assist the PMO Director, Project Management to deliver set profit margins of projects.
  • To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
  • Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
  • Supervise, motivate and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimized performance.
  • To understand customer requirements in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To be responsible for high standard and good quality of all installation work from P.O. to receipt of payment.
  • To attend progress meetings and to understand customer requirements.
  • To inform customer on the progress of all the projects that under his team.
  • To provide satisfactory service in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction.
  • To coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
  • To assist the PMO Director, Project Management for planning implementation schedules and human resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation within budget and time frame of every project.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data center site preparation works.
  • Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
