Job Description
- Leads and manages a team to effectively support and implement HR initiatives across the organization.
- Works closely with the regional people team to align on policies and ensure successful rollout of initiatives.
- Responsible for delivering HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and exit processes.
- Drives and localizes initiatives from the Center of Excellence (COE) in areas such as Organisational Development, Talent Management and more.
- Guides and supports managers on employee relations, legal compliance, and adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitates key discussions with business leaders and employees, effectively managing complex and sensitive conversations.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for HR process improvements and policy enhancements to align with organizational needs.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of broad HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR COE functions (Talent Management, Organisational Development, Culture, HRBP)
- Prior experience in a fintech setting or related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
