1) To prepare or review ITP, SOP, Work instruction, inspection form, drawing when any changes based on customer requirement, specification, standard and technical design documents.
2) To design, develop and execute on any new project or product (practicability, effectiveness & etc.) and get comment from related department head.
3) To develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
4) To prepare task schedule to any new project requested to easier monitoring and coordinate the project with related department.
5) To work with customers, suppliers and internal operations to identify system requirements.
6) To review with QMR for the practicability and effectiveness of the new project or product before getting Managing Director Approval.
7) To conduct training for new product to end user until the end user is competent.
8) To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
9) To verify the customer goods returned and do analysis study.
10) To drive for improvement report, CAR implementation status and action required.
11) To conduct inspection on critical material and to monitor and analyze the quality of the material and performance of its supplier.
12) To be Internal Auditor on company ISO certification program.
13) To perform any others duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
