Business Development Executive
Role: Business Development Executive – SE Asia
Work Location: Malaysia
Experience – 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of 75F solutions and services in the Southeast Asia Market & building channel partner base.
- Optimize and Increase Sales by networking and regularly meeting Clients, Builders, Contractors, Architects and Consultants and coordinating with them closely.
- Work closely with key distributors & aid them in business development in the region.
- Give presentations, and product demos to customers and answer their questions regarding products, prices, and feature availability.
- Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, and audits & assist in project proposals.
- Present the management with sales and business reports along with monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Degree in Engineering from reputable schools.
- Should have 2-8 years of relevant work experience in HVAC/BMS Controls Sales/Equipment Sales. Outstanding candidates from related fields (Mechanical, IoT etc.) can also be considered.
- Having lived or worked in different countries in the specific geography of the role, with a proven ability to connect with potential partners, consultants, and prospective clients.
- Eager to learn new things and keep up with changing technology and demonstrable passion for the role.
- Malaysia national or PR holder.
- A high level of personal credibility with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Preferred experience in Digital Solutions markets, customer needs, and value propositions.
