Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling evaluations and maintaining records.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Training and Development:
- Coordinate and assist in training programs and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1to 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
