Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire restaurant crew
- Hire and train staff members
- Manage inventory and order ingredients in the correct quantities
- Manage supplier for their qualities, accuracy, freshness and on-time supply as per ordering plan
Ensure that health and safety protocol are adhere at all times
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma from F&B, Hospitality, Business Management
- At least 2 years of experience working in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to professionally address customer complaints and highly motivated
Manage and communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
