Job Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare communication materials including preparation of writing, editing, creative work and eventual publication such as social media posting, coffee table book, website and other relevant communication tools to increase the company’s brand advocacy.
- Strategize and managing content for social media including content monitoring, reporting and analyzing social media post and proposing strategy to uplift the company’s branding.
- Assist in monitoring, reporting and analyzing the performance of communications activities to formulate new initiative to garner positive feedback on branding awareness.
- Plan and strategize on media analytics to propose targeted content may trigger positive perception from relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and strategize targeted content in the social media to increase higher reach and engagement to enhance the company’s brand journey thus highlighting positive perception.
- Work with operational teams to develop social media content coincide with the launch of campaign, events or other timely execution of brand message.
- Assist in crisis management through social media listening and media sentiment.
- Serve as custodian of the company’s corporate identity and communication platforms.
- Assist in both external and internal official functions, events or launching of new services.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications/Branding/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
- Creative, driven and passionate to support department’s strategy and direction.
- Possess strong work ethic and the ability to excel under deadline pressure is a must.
- Good team player who brings unique and creative ideas to the table as well as excel as an individual contributor.
- Keen interest in digital media and be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Proficient in use Ms Office Applications (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) will be an additional advantage.
- Proficient in the use of Design Software Proficiency (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or other design packages) will be an additional advantage.
- Good writing skills: copywriting, content creation, proofreading.
- Highly flexible with strong commitment towards meeting the needs and demands of the brand’s audience.
- Willing to travel whenever necessary.
